Hills of St Andrews:

This neighbourhood is located in the north-west part of Aurora and is made up of hills and mature trees. It includes the area between Bathurst Street and Yonge Street. It starts at the north end of Aurora and heads south to Orchard Heights Boulevard. The area is mostly comprised of middle to high-end homes, however, some links and semi-detached homes can be found near Yonge Street and Orchard Heights Boulevard. Along with the mature trees and hills comes beautiful trails for walking, biking or just strolling while you explore the various ravines. Many of these homes back onto these walkways and trails providing a great setting.

Upscale subdivisions can be found near Heathwood Heights Drive along Willow Farm Lane. Nearby streets include Falling Leaf Court, Long Valley Road, Hodgkinson Crescent and Treegrove Circle.

Bayview Wellington:

The Bayview Wellington neighbourhood is bordered by Bayview Avenue, Wellington Street, St. Johns Sideroad and Industrial Parkway. The area is close to all amenities and is a short drive south of Newmarket. The area is comprises condominiums, detached and semi-detached homes.

Rural Aurora:

Rural Aurora is located between Highway 404, Wellington Street east and the Town line of Newmarket/Aurora. This area offers vacant lots for sale and is a largely undeveloped region of Aurora. The lots are mostly very large and are great for commercial or agricultural developments.
